Elimina l’account

Dall’app
- Apri Giochiamo a Carte ed entra nell’account (email, Google o Apple).
- Apri Profilo.
- Nella sezione Account premi Elimina account.
- Leggi l’avviso e premi Elimina davvero.
Serve la rete. Se la cancellazione non riesce, il messaggio resta nel Profilo e l’account non viene cancellato.
Il pulsante c’è solo se hai un account. In modalità ospite non c’è un account cloud da eliminare: i dati stanno sul telefono e si tolgono disinstallando l’app.
Cosa viene cancellato
La funzione sul database cancella, per quell’utente:
- l’accesso (l’utente Supabase: email o collegamento Google o Apple);
- il profilo cloud: nome in gioco e avatar;
- il salvataggio: monete, collezione, oggetti in uso, bonus, missioni, statistiche, punti esperienza;
- il progresso di stagione (premi ritirati, flag Premium) e, se esiste, la riga di un acquisto del pass: si cancellano insieme all’utente;
- il registro delle operazioni sulle monete;
- il ricordo del telefono usato per unire i progressi da ospite.
Sul telefono esci dall’account: sessione e copia locale dell’account vengono tolte. Puoi continuare a giocare come ospite. I progressi già salvati solo sul telefono (monete locali, collezione, nome, token della partita online) restano finché non disinstalli l’app o non cancelli i dati dell’app.
Cosa il pulsante non cancella
Il profilo delle partite online sta su un file del server di gioco, legato a un codice segreto del telefono, non all’account Supabase. Elimina account non cancella quel file. Dentro ci sono il nome usato online, la classifica, le monete virtuali online e l’impronta del codice segreto.
Per cancellare anche quello, scrivici. Indica il nome usato in partita. Senza quel nome, o senza il telefono che ha il codice, possiamo non riuscire a trovare la riga giusta: il nome online non è unico.
In alternativa, per email
Scrivi dall’indirizzo email dell’account a info@giochiamoacarte.it e chiedi la cancellazione. Se sei entrato con Google o Apple, usa l’indirizzo con cui Supabase ti riconosce (con Apple può essere l’indirizzo nascosto).
Cancelleremo l’account cloud e, se ci indichi il nome online e riusciamo a collegarlo a te, anche il profilo sul server di gioco. Rispondiamo ed eseguiamo la cancellazione entro 30 giorni.

Delete your account
This page is public. You do not need to be signed in to read it. It applies to the Giochiamo a Carte app. What we store is described in the privacy policy.
In the app
- Open Giochiamo a Carte and sign in (email, Google, or Apple).
- Open Profilo (Profile).
- In the Account section, tap Elimina account (Delete account).
- Read the warning and tap Elimina davvero (Delete for real).
You need a network connection. If deletion fails, the message stays on Profile and the account is not deleted.
The button is there only when you have an account. In guest mode there is no cloud account to delete. Data on the phone is removed by uninstalling the app.
What is deleted
The database function deletes, for that user:
- the sign-in (the Supabase user: email, or the Google or Apple link);
- the cloud profile: game name and avatar;
- the save: coins, collection, equipped items, bonus, missions, stats, and experience points;
- season progress (claimed rewards, Premium flag) and, if one exists, a season-pass purchase row: these go away with the user;
- the coin-operation ledger;
- the record of the phone used to merge guest progress.
On the phone you are signed out: the session and the local copy of the account are removed. You can keep playing as a guest. Progress stored only on the phone (local coins, collection, name, online match token) stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
What the button does not delete
The online-match profile is a file on the game server, tied to a secret on the phone, not to the Supabase account. Delete account does not delete that file. It holds the name used online, the rating, the online virtual coins, and the hash of the secret.
To delete that as well, email us and tell us the name used in matches. Without that name, or without the phone that holds the secret, we may not be able to find the right row: the online name is not unique.
Or by email
From the account’s email address, write to info@giochiamoacarte.it and ask for deletion. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the address Supabase knows you by (with Apple that can be the hidden relay address).
We will delete the cloud account and, if you give us the online name and we can tie it to you, the profile on the game server as well. We reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
